Do you ever find yourself in a role you didn't set out to do? What about when you are asked to lead a project, but you are not a project manager. Of course, you can ask for a professional project manager to take over, but we all know that that isn't always possible. In this session, we'll share tips and tricks to help all the non-project managers out there learn a bit about what project management is and provide some hands-on tips to get you started. during this INTERACTIVE session.
