I am Southern Virginia University's helpdesk manager responsible for overseeing our team of student employees and watching over our first line of communication with staff, faculty and students. In addition to this, I am also in charge of the university's e-waste recycling efforts, printing, and our digital phone system. I have been working for SVU for just over three years now between my internship and full-time employment status.
